Fees

Registration fees vary by division and are required to fund the league. Registration fees are collected to cover several costs, including but not limited to: uniforms, ongoing field maintenance and improvements, equipment such as baseball and stripe paint, as well as umpire fees, to name a few. A full accounting of the league finances are available at opening day and by request from the league President (please allow time for the creation of such documents if it does not already exist at the time of request).

We believe every child should have the opportunity to play, and scholarships or payment plans are available upon request. These are evaluated on a case by case basis.

What to Expect Each Season

  • Player Evaluations: For drafted divisions (Minor C and above).

  • Team Announcements: Rosters are announced for within 48 hours of the completion of player drafts. This vary by year, but typically within 3 weeks of the tryout. T-Ball and Coach Pitch/Farm Division teams are announced in mid January.

  • Practices: 1–2 per week depending on division.

A: We do our best to honor requests in Tee Ball and Coach Pitch divisions.

Q: What happens if it rains?
A: Coaches will notify families by email or text if games or practices are cancelled due to rain. Typically this will happen by 1pm the day of the event.

Q: How are teams formed?
A: Teams in Tee Ball and Coach Pitch are placed; all other divisions are drafted following tryouts.

Q: Are there refunds?
A: Refunds are available before team formation; see our full refund policy on the registration page. Once teams are formed, no refunds will be issued.
