2026 Spring Baseball

Welcome to Huntington West Little League Spring Registration!

Come join in the fun of America’s favorite pastime this coming Spring! Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned player, we’ve got a place for you to improve baseball skills & player development, learn life lessons, enjoy competitive games, and make friends that will last a lifetime. All players must be 4-14 years of age by August 31, 2026 to participate in the upcoming season.

Registration is open through November 28, 2025 (T-Ball and Farm through 12/31)

* If you register after November 28, 2025 you will be placed on a waitlist. Waitlisted players registering for Minor C and above will need to attend an evaluation before being placed on a team. Full registration payment will be due 24 hours after you are notified to be placed on a roster.

Refund Policy:

If you ask to withdrawal before being placed on a team, refund will be given minus the third party processing fee ($35 dollars)
If a player has been assigned to a team, refund will not be available

Doc Check December 1, 2025 5-6pm at Longboard Restaurant & Pub
Try outs (Minor C and up): December 6th-7th, 2025
Make up tryouts: December 13th, 2025 (tentative)
ALL CHILDREN registered for Minor C and above MUST ATTEND TRYOUTS

Who is eligible:

Kids league ages 4-14 by August 31, 2026

Registration Costs/ Details:

Ages 4-5: $240/ $275

Ages 6-12: $265/ $300

Ages 13-14: $315/ $350

EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION:

Register between September 15, 2025 and October 20, 2025 to receive a $35 early bird discount (will be applied at checkout.)

Registration between October 21 - November 28, 2025 will be at the regular price based on age key listed above
Sports Connect (the company that powers the HWLL website) charges a $3 processing fee for registration transactions

LIVE SCAN REQUIREMENTS:

All managers, team moms, coaches, and volunteers interacting with the players for more then 6 hours per month are required to complete a background check and LIVE SCAN fingerprinting. HWLL will cover the cost for LIVE SCAN when using California LIVE SCAN.

Special Requests:

Ages 4-5 are non-competitive, and parents can request teammates/coaches through the registration process (we try to grant all requests, but it is not guaranteed)

Document Verification Requirements:

Residency documentation will need to be verified in person
Proof of Age: Original Birth Certificate (no copies or passports)
3 Proofs of residency: Original documents only (no copies) OR School Enrollment Form

If using your Home Address to establish residency, documents must contain the parent(s) or guardian(s) name, street address, city, state and zip code information, dated or in force between February 1, 2025 (previous year) and February 1, 2026 (current year), from one or more documents from EACH of the three Groups outlined below:

Group I:

1. Driver's License

2. School records

3. Vehicle records (i.e., registration, lease, etc.)

4. Employment records

5. Insurance documents

Group II:

1. Welfare/childcare records

2. Federal records (i.e., Federal Tax, Social Security, etc.)

3. State records

4. Local (municipal) records (i.e. water bill)

5. Support payment records

6. Homeowner or tenant records

7. Military records

Group III:

1. Voter's Registration

2. Utility bills (i.e., gas, electric, water/sewer, phone, mobile phone, heating, waste disposal)

3. Financial records

4. Medical records

5. Internet, cable, or satellite records

Note: Three documents from the same group (utility bill, cable bill, and bank statement) constitute only ONE document.

TIP! If your child is selected for an All-Star team, these records will need to be provided again and turned into the district administrator. It is a good idea to keep these records in a safe place so that you have access to them once again at the end of the season.
