Field Rules

All Fields:

Field Maintenance: After games and practices, please make sure the fields are dragged and watered. Cover mound and plates where covers are available.

Security Measures: Securely lock bins and gates after the last game to uphold facility security. Ensure all players have been picked up prior to the team adults leaving the field.

Cleanliness in Dugout and Stands: Keep the dugout and stand areas clean by using provided trash cans. The last game of the day is responsible for sweeping the dugout and emptying the trash cans. All trash to be thrown into dumpsters.

Alcohol and Tobacco-Free Zone: Alcohol consumption and use of any tobacco products is not permitted on the premises to align with league, city, and school district policies.

Westminster/ Johnson Fields:

These fields are located on school district property, and we are not permitted to use the fields while school is in session - DO NOT enter the parking lot or fields before 4:00PM (Monday-Friday). We ask that you follow the above and below guidelines so that our league can maintain privileges and a positive relationship. Please note that the fields and parking areas are monitored by school district surveillance cameras at all times. Be respectful to all school district faculty.

Parking: Only Officer On Duty, Managers and Coaches are to park in the back lot; families and spectators should use the lots that run along Edwards (Johnson and Finley School parking lots, NO parking at Bethany Christian Academy).
